I have had Multiple purchase and service experiences with Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee and have never had a bad experience. This dates back to 1997 before the dealership was bought by Joe Cooper. The Salesman I always use is Ron Gammel and he always does an outstanding job. Their new pricing structure where they give you lowest sales price right from the start is a real relief over the old negotiated price scheme. Overall, I give these guys top marks!

I gave them a one star rating only bc i couldn't give them negative stars. If you find any cars online from this place do not i repeat DO NOT bother going there to see them. we called from OKC at 5 pm and jackie said she'd be happy to help me, i guess all my info showed up on their caller ID from my cell phone she had my full name. very odd bc my cell never does that and she said she would have the car up front and cooled off for us when we got there, just to call her immediately before and she'd take care of us. so as we pulled up about 7.15pm I called and she again acted like she knew me calling me by my first name which was creepy bc at this point i still hadn't given it to her. but she said someone was getting the car and just to come on in. as we walked in there were two women sitting in a little glass room which im sure were the phone answering girls that are instructed to act on the phone like salesmen. the first thing that was odd was we had to literally track down someone to help us. ppl kept passing us as if they didn't want to deal with whatever was about to happen. so then a manager was outside and we got him to help us by going and talking to jackie and coming and telling us that car wasn't there he knew nothing about it. we found it on yahoo auto's so im sure its some kind of bait car they lure you down to shawnee to look at. he then said that he was sure they'd have something we'd like to look at..... at that point it was all i could do to just leave without making a scene after she had lied..twice..and we had driven over an hour to get there. these ppl are liars and should probably have their car selling technique reviewed by their superiors. they should be out of business and im sure jackie didnt do that on her own im sure they've trained her to do that.. she told us to bring the number off the website the "stock number" like it was some magic number and they'd def have it out and ready...Stock #: C051448... they probably use this same number a lot to lure ppl down to shawnee

I'll agree

The above review is spot on. I bought a used car from Joe Cooper Ford and a year later, I found out it had been wrecked previously. I bought this car in good faith and it was less than a year old so I never would have thought that it had been wrecked. My salesperson never disclosed this to me verbally or in writing. I am very displeased and would never buy a car there again. If anyone does, please get a Carfax report before signing the dotted line.
