I don't understand the bad reviews on this place. They have bent over backward to help me, staying late when I missed my appointment. The staff has always been pleasant and gone out of their way to make sure that I am taken care of.

My physician referred me to this business. I have never had to purchase medical equipment before and did not know what I was supposed to do. I followed the advice of my physician and went to Oxygen of Oklahoma. The manager there was not in the least friendly...in fact was rude and acted as if I were stupid for not knowing what I was supposed to do. I would not recommend going to this business. Apparently the customer/patient is supposed to know how things work....even though it is not their job. Being supported and informed in a kindly manner would be most appreciated. I felt as if I was doing something wrong by coming into their place of business.

I'll try to keep it short since this is a word they can not only relate to, they prefer. I've tolerated feeling like a nuisance for nearly seven yrs. If you have breathing problems and depend on a professional response to a question or courteousness from whoever is obligated to answer the phone there, forget about it! Oklahoma waste of breath would be a much better business name. That's not what I just posted in a moment of haste. I called because I needed help to assist my 71 yrs. old Mother at 4:08 on a Friday. Immediately the person informed me they couldn't assist me since they were "literally" walking out the door. She then patronized me by wishing me luck and as she took a nice deep breath, told me I'd need to call back Monday and they'd try to help if I will needed it. Bahaha! How about NO!
