Keith and his team are so professional and knowledgeable. They also have such a wide variety of products and styles of fiberglass inground pools to choose from. He understands that this is a lifetime investment for his customers and does his very best to fit the customers budget and their wants into the best package deal. He has been recognized for years by Latham and Leisure for Sales and Growth in Sales and is Certified in Installation of Fiberglass pools, so if there is every any challenge he can figure it out. Keith Bonner has been in the business for many years and you will be happy with his knowledge of installations and his crew working. We signed a contract in February 2018 for Rock Creek pools to build a pool for us at our home. We were told at signing that the process would take 7-10 business days. As soon as we signed the contract the owner, Keith Bonner, changed from the happy salesman to ignorring our calls and texts, too busy to discuss the details of our pool and was full of excuses. He has terrible customer service and communication skills always yelling and cursing. The head of his construction team, Ronnie Pool, and his team that did the actual work was a delight to work with however Ronnie no longer works for Rock Creek Pools. No one has done any work on our pool since May 23, 2018. It is still not complete. We have paid more than 90% of our contract and Keith wants another check before he will do any more work on our pool. We have abided by our contract and Rock Creek Pool has not. Our contract states the last 10% is due when the pool is complete. Keith refuses to discuss anything with us unless we give him another check. We have no assurance Rock Creek Pools will finish our pool and do it correctly if we pay the balance before the work is complete. We would not recommended or use Rock Creek Pools in the future. We are left with an incomplete pool.

Ronnie and the installation gang were very professional and really knew their stuff. A great install experience and they were meticulous on leveling, setting, etc. The owner, Keith - on the other hand, has pretty pathetic customer service skills, follow-up skills and general crappy attitude in almost every interaction. How he stays in business with this kind of attitude towards customers and for after-install service is beyond me. Once he has a contract, his demeanor changed a bit and there were excuses galore for everything. The install, pool itself and process with his install team was good. Everything else from a customer service angle was substandard. Will be contacting another authorized Viking dealer for anything in the future just so I can get a timely response and, for crying out loud, some solid communication.

Was supposed to have a pool installed . Asked for a refund . It has been a year and owner will not give a refund of over 11,000 .

Hard review to write. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful while installing our pool. Personally liked each and every member of their team. On installing I would give them 4 stars...however, ever since then we have not gotten good follow up from Keith. We wanted to purchase new skimmer basket, get a automatic vac, cleaner, etc and after the reply of "I will get back to you", we never heard back ended up purchasing follow up equipment from other suppliers that were more responsive. So, on follow up customer service I would have to give them 1 star. Bottomline, have them put in your pool but be prepared to go elsewhere later.

Very professional, customer service oriented! Went out of their way to help me with my pool and I felt they were sincere and genuine in their efforts to be as cost efficient as possible. So refreshing to be treated with dignity and respect and keep me informed every step of the way.
