My 72 year old father and myself 44 have been sears customers our whole life. We met a bearded employee today possibly David that is rude, short and personality of a rock. He told me he had the item in stock over the phone but by the time i drove there did not. He cared less whether we bought anything or not. After our bad experience with him he smarted off "have a good day". He knew he upset us and didn't care and added a "dig" at the end. Sears use to care about the customer. This guy is nothing short of a "dick". Sucks for Sears because we won't be back and ordered what I wanted from sears.com.
