Had my oil changed and they damaged my filter putting it in! Was going out of town so I had the dealership change my oil 2200 miles later and they discovered it and I was told it was because the put it in incorrectly, I called and spoke with Jason the owner and he kinda chuckled it off was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL didn't ask me for my name so he could pull me up and even attempt to see which Tech changed my oil just wanted to argue about it NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR! The dealership gave me paper work with the info about the damaged filter and also the damaged filter waiting on a oil dialysis to make sure there are no metal shavings and my BRAND NEW 40,000$ car is okay other wise LEGAL ACTION WILL FOLLOW! I've posted reviews and pictures of the DAMAGED OIL FILTER AND PAPER WORK FROM THE DEALERSHIP on their Facebook page and web site they immediately take them down for OBVIOUS REASONS! BE WARE OF THE SHAWNEE PITTSTOP!!

Great customer service, but they left the filter on my car lose after an oil change. Luckily I found it before any damage was done. I won't be back.
