Sooner Marble came highly recommended to me by a friend who used them when building his country cottage in Jones. I was extremely happy with the quality of granite, sales and installation. I normally don't write reviews because I'm usually happy with what I've purchased. I think people don't tend to write good reviews only bad ones. I highly recommend Sooner Marble. Love my new kitchen countertops. Selection was fantastic, they were extremely accommodating with the installation. Mary, Steve and Scott, great job!!! (plus the two men that helped with the installation)

Sooner Marble Granite and Tile installed marble on a countertop and whirlpool tub. When they drilled the holes for the faucet, a large chip was made that could not be covered by the escutcheon. Scott repaired it and told me that if the filling fell out, he would either replace the marble or repair it. He also signed to this. I then paid him in full.



The filling immediately fell out when they faucet was placed over it.



I have called his business and at first was told Scott would get back with me. After that, the phone went unanswered. I left message after message and none were answered. I called for over a year.



I called the marble supplier in OKC to see if Sooner Marble was still in business. They said he was. I told them whenever I called there was no answer. The marble supplier called Sooner Marble. Sooner Marble answered their call. I then tried again and my call was answered and was told Scott was very busy.



I told Scott's employee that I had wanted more marble work in my kitchen and she told me to leave Scott a message and tell him that and maybe he would call me.



I thought about it and decided I didn't want to do business here again. His word means nothing.



I have scheduled a repairman to fix this and I will pay him..



Beware of this company.

Good prices but the service was very unfriendly. I would rather pay a little more and be treated like a paying customer should be treated

Good selection but bad installation. Layout cut wasn't right because the seams are massively noticable. Had to come back and redo backsplash but cracked a corner and tried to hide with caulk. Should have chosen another company
