If there was an option to rate as 0 overall then I would have used that. I have lived in oklahoma for the past 9 years and have been shopping at Walls all that time. Now to get to the Shawnee is an hour drive from where I live so after going all that way one would hope to at least have some kind of warm greeting right? But no. Not at the Shawnee Walls. They do their best to deny your existence and if they do say anything it's usually very cold. Only reason I kept going there is because they do have a good amount of selection. But after this last encounter I'm not going back into that store ever again. I was trying to return some merchandise for my mom that she no longer wanted/needed. Everything should have been fine. I had the original recipe. The merchandise had the price tags were still on it. Mom had purchased with a bank credit card. Now I've always been told at the other Walls stores that if it was credit that it will just go back on the card. When I first walk into the store the employee didn't say anything. When I walked up and put the items on the counter she finally said 'how can I help you' and was giving me a very disgusting look. I told I need to return some things. To which she immediately replied "Ewww". I was just shocked so I can only imagine the look on my face because after a few moments when I was getting the recipe from my purse she said "I didn't mean it like that". She then proceeded to try and find a way out of doing the return. Asking in a very rude tone 'is this the original recipe' 'did you even buy them here?'. I replied yes to both questions. She then asked 'do you have the card?'. I said no I don't. She then said 'oh then I can't do it then'. I tried to object and explained what I was told at other Walls stores to which she gave some poorly pieced together story of the 'system won't accept it' and after a moment shoved my things bag in a bag and told me that I had to have the card or it couldn't be done. So won't go in there again
