I got a radon test done on my home. Essential arrived when they said they would, quickly and efficiently set up their equipment and clearly explained the test and what was expected of us. We were also fortunate enough to have them use our test to verify the calibration of their machines, so we essentially got double tested. It is clear they keep up their equipment and are concerned about quality and accuracy. When the testing was done, I got a text message of when they would arrive to pick up the equipment and they arrived on time. They packed everything up and told me when I would get my results-the next day. In the morning, I received my results the following morning, and both tests were the same, verifying the accuracy of the testing equipment. This was a great experience and I am glad they don't do remediation as that makes be believe they are unbiased testers. I highly recommend their service!
