They did a real good job helping us a few years ago changing out the control panel from Touch to toogle switches. Gary went above and beyond by talking with Keystone to resolve our issue.

I know that I can count on Gary or Bill for any work that needs to be completed correctly on time. I am very happy with Horn experience.

I guess this is my last resort, I feel like I have been patient enough, we purchased our trailer in September. Between the run around and unanswered emails, I wish I would have just bought a trailer some where else. The reviews look great, but when you sign that dotted line the customer support/service goes out the window. All over a spare tire and missing parts at delivery, I can't waste anymore time trying to reach some one to get a clear answer. All I get is I will call you, the parts are on the way, I will check on that. I have 2 more issues with the trailer that are warranty, but at this point what the hell do you do. Great price on the trailer but I see now why, can't pay good people to follow up and create a positive buying experience. It feels unfair almost, I mean in this day in age I can't believe a business would pinch every penny so hard their willing to push somebody to write a horrible review about them. If you decide to purchase a trailer best of luck to you and ask for the spare tire, God forbid a trailer with 4 tires has a spare.

Horns helped me out when I was camping last year and my truck was in an accident. They were able to pick up my 5th wheel from Dalton, WI and bring it back to their dealership and store it until my truck was fixed. Thanks again for helping me out!!

My experience with the sales department, finance and service was great. Everyone was great to work with. The service department, Gary has been more than great to work with. He went out of his way on several occasions to find and get me what I needed.
