Joe's Auto are crooks. Took my vehicle in for a tune up and they charged me over 700 dollars and didn't even change the spark plug wires.

I was stupid and took it back, cause they are so nice and all when I had breke and ball joint issues. They charged 100 dollars just to inspect, than gave me an estimate almost double everyone else. over 900 dollars and I got the job done for 500. Complete and utter crooks.

As most, I distrust the auto repair industry as one never knows what happens once you drop off your keys. However, Joe's has restored my faith. I called them on a Monday afternoon, took my Accord in Tuesday morning at 8am, and by 9am I received estimates on the four to five items I had them check. By noon they called and told me the car was done and $70 below their original estimate! Clean, professional, prompt and reasonable!
