Provided by YP.comI asked Ken to give me a bid on a basement foundation and sidewalk. While others came to give a bid without wanting to see the report I got from the structural engineer, Ken worked diligently with the structural engineer to make sure the job was done right. The price was very reasonable and the work was done cleanly and in a timely fashion. I have previously done a > $200K renovation and this was the best experience I had. I wished that everyone I worked with was as honest, conscientious, and diligent.

Provided by YP.comI had a new driveway and walks installed in August of 2012. The following spring there were numerous pops all over the driveway. None on the sidewalks. I contacted the owner and he tried to tell me the pops were normal but could not explain why there were none on the walks and could not explain why I could not find any other driveway in Sheboygan that had as many pops as mine. One end of my driveway also has the surface of the concrete coming apart. He then tried to tell me it was due to salt from the winter coming off my vehicles. Again he could not explain why only one end of the driveway had this. Then he went on to tell me it was due to poor concrete and he would have a concrete rep come over. I tried to tell him not to bother as I know this is a tactic for both sides to get out of it and as I paid Ken Klemme for the concrete work its up to him to work with his suppliers not me. I was not shocked at all when the concrete showed up and told me the cement was coming apart due to poor workmanship. At this point I just don't care I want my driveway fixed. Ken Klemme gives me that addresses to a couple of locations that had pops in the concrete that he had fixed and asked if I would be OK with that. I went and looked and did not see a problem. Ken then tells me he would have his guys do the same for me as filler work. This was in the spring of 2013. We are now in the summer of 2015. Not a single pop has been fixed and after having to chase ken down to repair the part of the driveway that is coming apart i was first told the summer of 14. No call no show. Then it was the fall of 14 after I again had to chase him down and again no call no show. The after chasing him down again I was told the spring of 15. Guess what I have no pops fixed and he did come over and saw up part of the driveway and concrete debris from sawing was all over the place getting on my wife's car and in my house. I dint hear anything and low and behold a phone call comes in saying that he would be back in a month. We are past that month and now I am filing these complaints. I completely understand things happen and some jobs go bad. Good companies take care of the problems and not jerk their customers around for over 2 years.
