Shawn is a certified yoga instructor and registered with Yoga Alliance. Yoga became her passion and along with that a desire to share this ancient discipline in which to bring you back to center and create a powerful union of the physical (body), mental (mind), and astral (spiritual) promoting well-being into your day to day living. Teaching to all levels of yoga experience in a delightful mixture of traditional styles Shawn is sure to spark your imagination and desire to stay with this centuries old discipline.
