I walked in asking a simple question and they told me straight up " NO!", so I left. Poor customer service and poor management. Not even going to give them any stars because they don't deserve any but YP requires it.

Very disappointed that my daughter called to have her transmission fluid flushed, employee on the phone asked her how she knew that it needed to be done? Did her daddy tell her that?. She replied I know it does how much will it cost and are you open on Saturday's? He replied "no" and hung up.. Wow great customer service that will keep the customers flooding in! I feel that she was treated this way because she was a YOUNG GIRL, had it been a boy calling the apointment would have been made no questions asked..

They misdiagnosed the repair needed and then seemed to feel no remorse when I had to pay a $150 restocking fee on the part I didn't need. I wanted them to pay half and then experienced some of the worst customer service ever. Lesson learned.

Experienced the worst costumer and car service ever! I would never recommend or go there again with any of my cars.
