Van Horn Hyundai was great at helping get us into a 2011 Kia Sorento. We love our vehicle and the awesome service we got there.

purchased a 2002 kia spectra and it is pretty nice. The sales team are pretty helpful too. Though once you buy the car and you find something wrong with it along with try contacting them...they might not contact you back.

purchased my first ever brand new car (2015 elantra) and i am absolutely in love with y "baby Bloo" the salesman Ivan was fantastic!!! great place and defintely will be doing more business there in the future

I have trusted them with all our families vehicles for over 20 years, and I have had over years of great service.

I was changing out my rubber brake lines for stainless. Bought a great kit from Moss. Got three of the four replace, no sweat. But the right rear, which has a brass manifold to feed both left and right calipers; had a nut so stuck that no amount of fiddling, using PB blaster, etc would work it free. Rather than cause damage, I called Van Horn. They fit me in; did a fantastic job on that fourth wheel. I also had and H&R front sway bar I hadn't put in yet. They did both jobs in just a few hours with their typical excellent work.



One thing I found really great was there was no shaming my failure to get the fourth line replaced. I really appreciated Scott and his team doing their usual fast, friendly, high quality work.



This is an awesome service facility. We've several vehicles, not all of them Hyundai's or Mazda's; and Van Horn is fantastic on all of them. Don Olson almost always is the guy working on my Miata, and his work is top notch!

Overall, my recent used car purchase went well. Everyone was super nice and straight forward with their vehicles. Took my time shopping and was updated on any new inventory. So far, so good! Nick Bender

I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape, with Zach, and Freddie, they were true professionals, who pointed out everything that the vechicle had been through, and our time there was amazing. Great Job team.

I brought my newly purchased used Grand Caravan in for it's first oil change and was given a list of repairs that were needed (wiper blade, air filter, tires by winter etc). Plus I mentioned a flickering dash light that appeared the first day I owned it and they tried charging me a diagnostic fee. After voicing our complaints and several phone calls and visits to the dealership - they did replace the wiper and air filter and gave a 1 year warranty on the headlamp (for the flickering). Overall - we are now satisfied with our service.

Took my Mazda in to get new keys and fobs for it. They end up running into a problem with the fobs and it end up taking them longer then they thought it would. In the end the price for the time it took was a great price and they were soooo helpful.

We recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tuscon. The staff was very friendly and did a nice job to accommodate all of our questions/concerns/schedules. We love Van Horn for the personal touch!

Joe helped me buy a great certified used vehicle. He constantly wanted to do more for me and make my experience the best possible. He was not your typical pushy salesman and their finance manager was excellent also, had us signing and out in a couple of minutes. The dealership is top notch for customer service and do provide an excellent experience.

Vehicle had a recall, and a problem that was under the excellent warranty. Had to order a part, and was still ready within two days!!

My 97 M-Edition Miata was making some strange rear end noises. I made an appointment for an oil change, checkout of the noise and Dave O, the service tech, found one of the rear bushings had deteriorated.



Repair service a few days later once Scott got parts in was done perfectly. The diagnosis was spot on, and new bushings, and the realignment done perfectly. Speaking of alignment; Dave O was careful to do this so well the steering wheel is centered, and handling is excellent. As I use this car for Autocross; having a suspension aligned well makes a difference.



While VHC always has excellent lubes, and for my other vehicles I use their standard lubricants, I asked if I could use a specialty lube for engine, transmission, rear end. The accommodated my request, and even neatly stowed the extra in my trunk.



Car came back nice and clean (rain when I drove up). Checkout was fast and friendly. Quality of work excellent. Oh, and price competitive.



These are the reasons I've continued to get my seven vehicles maintained at VHC in Sheboygan.

From the very first call for estimate to the moment I picked up repaired vehicle I received excellent customer service from all. Efficient, timely, and overall a very pleasant experience. Ask for Crystal by name.

We experienced great service! Everyone from the receptionist to the GM were friendly and welcoming.

First they stood at their back desk and complained about our kids while we shopped...

Then they "didn't keep" the paperwork for our extended contract when we purched the used car from them. We found our paperwork, but then they didn't support the vehicle, we had to go to the plymouth location to get any information. They want you at the store - it's difficult to obtain any service over the phone.
