We bought a couch 1 year ago from the store in Sheboygan. It was Broyhill and not necessarily that 'cheap'. One day out of the blue the frame just cracks in one of the corners. It was not due to rough use. Unfortunately, I found out after the fact there are no warranties when you buy from a "clearance center".



It would have been nice to know at the time of purchase, but I'm sure it was somewhere in the small print on the contract. Very poor and rude "service center" so I wouldn't purchase an extended warranty.



Just understand you get what you pay for at this place.

I purchased a leather sectional from WG&R furniture in 2004. The color began fading and by Jan 2006, spots began to show where the color was completely rubbing off. Yes you understand right, the color is completely gone and is bare leather. Looks real good. I've been fighting with Lazy Boy, WG&R and Ultrashield to do something about it but nobody wants anything to do with it and will not even bother to look at the problem only repeatedly telling me they want to help but never actually looking first hand at the problem. They gave me a final answer of basically, it's not our problem. Wonderful world we live in where you can spend 5 grand at a furniture store where they tell you that the service they give is so great only to have them turn their back on any problem you have in the future. Congrats WG&R on the fine customer service. Don't make the same mistakes I made, shop elsewhere.
