I called 2 hours early to arrange transportation for a gentleman with a walker. First, the dispatcher gave me a hard time about sending a van for one individual, despite the circumstances. Then, the cab did not show up as planned and without a call or anything. When we called to inquire, we were told the van had broken down (again, a CALL would have been appreciated) and they would be there in 10 mins. They were not. We ended up scrambling and finding another ride, and were late to the event despite lots of planning. In addition, the dispatcher was rude and not accommodating. I would not use them again! Very disappointing....

A cab was called @ 4:24 AM to take my daughter to work. She had to be at work @5, so this seemed a reasonable time. After several calls later the cab finally arrived, and the driver didn't know where he was going and to make matters worse, made my daughter very uncomfortable. She arrived to work LATE, thanks to the cabbie's lack of navigation skills. We will NOT be using this service again!

They charged me $35 on my credit card for a ride from Elkhart to Sheboygan, then they demanded cash on top of it or they would not drop us off. I called the next day about it and was very nice about it but the guy hung up on me twice. Incredibly unprofessional and rude, i would definitely choose a different cab company unless you figuratively as well as literally want to get took for a ride.
