I came into Dollar General around 12:00 today 4/27/2017 to purchase some items. The service was less than acceptable. The woman behind the cash had no patience whatsoever. She actually spoke to me with a negative attitude. I have never had the desire to write a negative review in all my years, however this was not good for Dollar General at all. People won't want to come back to shop. This is a small town of friendly people. It doesn't cost anything to smile. One of the main ingredients to good customer service is to be gentle and friendly with customers. I ran a retail of my own in the past. Some people can get a little hard to take. No. 1 Rule....be nice to customers. This lady I believe is your manager....Wow what a big mistake on Dollar General's part.
