Provided by YPmobileHorrible customer service! Bought a pair of boots 4 months ago the sole of the boots sticking started to come undone my husband tripped and sole ripped! When to return them under a year warranty and they refused said it wasn't normal wear and tear for a hunting boot!I asked if they have ever been hunting? Everyone I spoke to said no! So I asked then how can you say what is normal wear and tear on a hunting boot?!still nothing but rude mangers rude costumer care! I will never buy a pair of boots or anything else from there! They don't guarantee or follow the policies.. they rip people off and don't back their products!
