The to go orders have never been correct. I try to take advantage of the coupons when I am working late. Anything you order that has a sauce on it is always dry so I ask for a side of sauce. I have never got my extra sauce. The fries are always cold and under cooked. Twice now there has not been garlic muffins. Once, I ordered a dessert and it was not in the bag. i called them and told them I could not come in tonight but I could another day. They took my name. I went there to eat a dinner and thought I would get the dessert at that time. They had no knowledge of my call. I am not one to argue so I just said forget it. The manager never came to our table at that time. The servers are very nice. The girl that answered the phone when I called there last night around 6 needs to speak better English!!
She was polite but talk very fast and in a hurry. Now tonight I am going to order something and I will be anxious to see if I can get a meal I actually order. I probably would not be a regular customer if I didn't have the coupons. Sorry, I had to finally say something and be very honest. Thank you for the opportunity.
