My mother and father started buying gems from the Shelby gem factory over 30 years ago.

I have inherited my dad's ring, and it is still perfect after wearing it every day for 30 years.

It's a ruby set in 14 kt gold.

My mom's ring is now my wife's. It's a Shelby simulated diamond. It is still perfect, although the band is a little thinner than at first.

We have had the rings resized a couple of times, and they always do it while we wait and they don't even charge us for cleaning and polishing up the gold.
