Frequently the under carriage wash does not work at all. Seldom can get a receipt. Also, need to be sure you don't pay until the car in front of you clears the bay. I've learned the hard way that the driver in front of you can back up a very small distance at the end of their wash with the machinery recognizing that as "clearing" the car wash. The driver in front of you can then pull forward again and take the wash you have just paid for. No way you can prove it, of course, since you can't even get a receipt, but you've suddenly been scammed for a $10 car wash. As for calling the contact number about such issues, it's set to a fax machine so you won't get an answer and you can't leave a message. After years of going here, guess how many more times I'm going to use this car wash?
