Provided by YP.comAfter being a patient for over ten years, this Dr just dropped me for missing too many if my appts. Well If I didn't have problems causing me to be forgettful, I wouldn't have been seeing him. He had me on medication and dropped me just like that. My medications were dropped cold turkey. Thanks Dr Cummins for caring so much.
