I placed my order on Jan 30 vi...

I placed my order on Jan 30 via telephone, for 1 dozen orange roses. Was assured several times that they could handle it with no issues. On Feb 10 (friday before valentines) I receive a call from the store that the orange roses could not be found at any of there distributors and was given several options of colors of which I chose red. I felt like at 4pm on a friday only a couple days before the 14th i didn't have many options. The flowers were delivered on the 14th very pretty but later that day the recipient got a call from the store and she was told that the orange roses have arrived and they were building a new bouqet and wanted to exchange the flowers and make it right. NOT LIKELY TO ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Upset Daughter

I am not happy with the customer service that this establishment exhibits. My daughter ordered a wrist corsage and asked for orange roses, with orange and lime green ribbon. Specifically said no yellow! The day we picked up the corsage it was pink roses, with orange and yellow ribbon. It was hideous looking. Holly the owner just kept saying that she didn't understand the order that the other lady had taken, it was clearly written down. Didn't really offer to make it look better, just blew her off blaming the other lady who wasn't there because her father in law died. After leaving the store with my daughter in tears I returned to try and get something that was presentable. I suggested spraying the roses orange, I was told that I better be sure "she didn't want to throw two corsages away that day". The original order form was fished from the trash, it was waded up leading me to think that she was irritated, not as much as I but I kept my cool, she should have done so as well.

I think that she should have been more accomadating with the make-up flowers, my daughter was embarrassed because her friends were there getting their flowers. There was a couple ahead of us that had orange flowers and didn't want but took and left upset.

We WILL NOT do business here, nor do I suggest anyone order anything, I think Holly is color blind
