Receptionist, Dr's Assistant, Brooke, and Doctor Kline - all are Courteous. Pleasant. Personable. Each one was very good to explain what she was doing , invited my questions, and very receptive to me asking questions. Created a relaxed atmosphere. No stress, no fear.
