Provided by YP.comWell where to start i will not go into a big scene on how bad this place is but i have worked in fast food for a great while and and i have never seen the shift people act like they act at the shelby store the girl whose name was amber should have been fired on the spot for the way she treated customers and the workers one girl who was on fries was busting her hump and all this person did was stand and yell at the poor girl not even trying to help her food was cold but the way this person acted her name was amber is just unforgivable in a resturant atmosphere where do they get these people who thinks just because they have a little power it goes to their heads chaos was what i was served at the shelby macdonalds will never ever go back there until that person named Amber is long gone... bad as bad can get

Provided by YP.comAwful service, they left my fries of my drive thru order, and when I went in to get them, the cashier had to apparently get approval from the manager, who actually rolled her eyes when told of the mistake.
To add insult to injury, the fries they gave me were undercooked - what a joke, with unemployment so high you'd think they could attract at least decent, customer service oriented management. The woman didn't even acknowledge me, at the very least an apology would be expected by someone, the cashier just set the fries on the counter and stepped away.
