Provided by YP.comIf I could give zero stars I would. I am not being dramatic when I say this was the worst experience of my life. I went in at 9:00 am this morning for a removal of all four wisdom teeeth. When they gave me the laughing gas, they must not have given enough because I had many issues with it. At the beginning, a nurse was placing the gas over my face while asking her peers if she was doing it right or not. I woke up 4 times during the surgery and looked at the nurses and doctor. I remember him cutting, and hammering at my teeth. I also remember screaming when he pulled my teeth out of socket. All the while, I was kicking and groaning and waving my hands the best I could, and they were pinning me down. He did not put stitches in the top two teeth, and I have stitches going up the side of my cheek In the bottom. Only one tooth is stitched somewhat correctly. He only gave me one prescription and when asked for an antibiotic, he responded with a smart aleck remark on infections. I was then, barley awake from surgery, walked out the back door, down the side alley and to my car. I called back to see why I was not given stitches in the top of my mouth and was given the response “I don’t see the point in you calling, like why?” This is a horrible office with a horrible staff and a horrible doctor. For the love of God, do NOT go here. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Provided by YP.comI went to have my wisdom teeth removed, and he did a horrible job, they blind folded me, one nurse held my legs down and they strapped my wrists down, i couldn't move. they then stuck me 12 times to try and find my veins, they never did. On the last time they tried he stuck the needle into my hand and moved it around searching for the veins. this was yesterday 12/6/2016 at 9:00. I went through 30 mins of this. Finally he stopped and sent me home. On my way out they was talking about how stupid i was because i was panicking. Today at 12:00 my hand is swollen the size of a softball. I'm NEVER going back there. I'm making an appointment with Dr Keith Cox.

Provided by YPmobileDO NOT GO HERE!!! I read the terrible reviews and somehow made the mistake of going here!!!!! I now had to go to the emergency room 2 days after wisdom tooth extraction because of a infection and dry socket, I have faked every precaution to try to prevent it so it has to be a mistake he made!!!! Even the emergency room doctor took a very well look at the terrible job he did!!!! At first she thought he hadn't even taken one of my wisdom teeth out it was so screwed up, ..... He is RUDE!!! He didn't even look at me in my consultation, shake my hand, make eye contact...he walked straight in just to sit down at his laptop facing the wall and talked into the laptop, made me sign a release saying if my jaw broke or other complications arised that I wouldn't sue, then walked straight out no goodbye or nothing, then I go the next morning for all 4 wisdom teeth removed, yet again I got no greeting from him or assistant.... They didn't say squat but "have a seat here" they started me on laughing gas & a iv... I was VERY AWARE of what was going on the entire time, apparently he does not give much medicine to help ease the pain, he is extremely rough and will beat the teeth out of your head whether your in pain or not, he was pulling so hard my body was sliding up the chair!!!!! I kept tossing around and moaning but yet he kept on prying my teeth out..... I will never forget the breaking and cracking of the bone/teeth!!!! His practice should be ILLEGAL due to his conscience sedation not working!!!! I was shaking so bad even the assistant thought I was going into compulsions!!!! HE IS DANGEROUS! DO NOT TRUST HIM TO PULL A COWS TOOTH MUCH LESS A HUMANS, I NOW AM GOING FOR X-RAYS TO MAKE SURE HE DIDNT FRACTURE MY BONE!!!! Oh yea and don't expect any pain medicine from him either, had to go to ER for that as well!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GIVE THIS HORRIBLE PERSON YOUR MONEY!!!! GO ELSEWARE, he has no sympathy or compassion for anyone and he sneaks you out the BACK DOOR BY THE BUSHES TO YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!! I guess so you don't have time to warn other patients l!!!!! I WOULD RATHER PULL MY OWN TEETH THAN GO HERE AND GET ANOTHER INFECTION AND DRY SOCKET, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! TURN BACK NOW!!!!

Provided by YP.comMy wife just had two teeth pulled, one of them being her wisdom tooth. Dr Muldoon has no compassion for his patients. My wife has a history of asthma, so with this, he was not willing to do a conscious sedation. He said he would use the laughing gas to help ease her pain. Of course, the gas didn't help. It was ineffective. Either it wasn't enough or my wife was not responding to the gas. Either way, the surgery should have stopped. The pain was extremely unbearable. The Novocain along with the gas just was not doing the job. The doctor, during surgery, told my wife to stop screaming so he can do his job. What the hell, kind of comment was that, to tell my wife to stop screaming. I heard my wife from the waiting room screaming holy hell. After surgery, I was called to come back to be with my wife who was very traumatized and crying because he should have never continued with the surgery. The doctor never came into the room to consult with me. The only ones to come in there is his assistants. Nothing was said to us about post operative care. All they were worried about was the payment. Oh yeah, before I forget. With my wife being extremely upset and crying, they were insisting that she needs to leave out through the side door rather then going out the front door where the waiting room is.

Provided by YP.comMy older brother, Nick, had his wisdom teeth extracted from this dentist and had the worst experience of his life. He's a large guy, and could feel everything. After trying to signal pain in various ways multiple times to no help, he now swears that he would die before going into surgery ever again. I, however just got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Eaton in Gastonia and it went wonderfully for me. I wish my brother could have the same experience though,

Provided by YPmobileMy first wisdom extraction by a another dentist was virtually painless, they were gental and kind. Dr. Muldoon was unsympathetic and inconsiderate of my comfort. After numbing the wrong spot before injection of anesthetic. I felt the full effect of needle piercing the gum line multiple times. He started painfully hacking away at the gum before with scalpel before testing the site for numbness and then administering another shot. Then took a circular saw to cut the tooth which was excruciating. Apparently he doesn't recognize "ugh!" Or head shaking as a universal sign for "it hurts stop". After physically pulling away hi did administer another shot. Breaking the tooth was bearable. Prying the tooth from the gum was also agony since I could feel it ripping from the gum. But trying to signal my pain was futile since Dr. Muldoon wasnt interested in the slightest in making the procedure as pain free as possible. It was clear to me my comfort wasn't worth his time.
