Provided by YP.comi have never experienced such rudeness & superior acting females in my life , so speak only if your spoken to at this place & don't ask any questions or show you havnt slept in 17 hours & have been curled up in a fetal position all day & night & YES ( i am a long time PROFESSIONAL female myself ) & i have never experienced anything like these uppity pack of hand picked robot woman in my life, I had just been to this dentist 1 week prior with a clean bill of health after filling a tiny cavity , 1 week later i am in excruciating pain & they couldnt fit me in for over 48 hours, But the next morning i couldnt take the pain for 1 more second ,after this GROUP forced me to suffer for 17 hours already i decided I should drive over to MY DENTIST instead of the hospital ( WRONG CHOICE ),to TRY to get relief ), i was treated with unbelievable rudeness, superiority , totally disrespected from this insolant group of unsympathetic robotic minions & whackos from the receptionists to the glorified receptionist in their cubicles to the inappropriate & uncivil dr, cahill herself ( who i had asked i NOT be seen by as she made my mouth sore for 1 week following her RUFF handling the week before. So lets just say I would recommend that you STAY AWAY if you want a kind & caring dental team, you wont find them here .

Provided by YP.comI cannot rave enough about this dental practice. I have not been to a Dentist in over 20 years, like most people I was terrified of dentist, but recently at 49 I experienced my first toothache. I went online looking and saw Shelby Dental and they had great reviews, so I decided to try them. Am I glad I did, the entire staff was so friendly, professional and courteous, my Dr name is Dr Cahill, she put me right at ease and did not make me feel stupid for being agitated (note to self, do not go on You Tube and watch dental extraction videos).
I needed a surgical extraction of a toothache I had for a couple of weeks, that seriously had me contemplating ripping my head off and throwing it in the woods. I wish I could remember the tech's name, she was also very nice and put my fears to rest. I would like to take a moment to describe the location, nestled among trees in a soothing environment, with a brand new state of the art building, you felt like you were going into a spa, yes the environment is that soothing, bright clean offices, lovely artwork and the overall layout of the place, just put's you at ease.
Dr Cahill is a skilled Dr and as terrified as I was having worked myslef into a lather watching extraction video's the day before, she was very soothing, and assured me I would be fine, but also I had options, if I felt I could not do this awake, I choose to trust her expertise, I felt safe in her care, I can't believe I had such a beautiful experience at a Dental Center. Everyone was so warm and friendly and even the patients wore smiles. Wow I can't believe I have been afraid of the dentist all these years.

Provided by YP.comI went to this dental office on 9/02/2014 for an extraction. I went back 2 wks later with severe pain in the extraction site. I feel there is a piece of tooth stuck underneath the healing and the dentist refused to check to see. She said that I was lying about being in pain. I was made to feel like some type of drug-seeking junkie who was seeking pain killers when I was just trying to relieve my severe pain. I am a war veteran and I think I should be treated with more respect than that. They act nice when they come out to greet you, but when you go back, it's a different story. I'm tired of being treated like a junkie because I have long hair. I'm being treated like a lowlife because I'm on Medicaid. I'm sorry that my Medicaid cannot cover the repairs for her BMW.

Provided by YP.comI went there today. The office people are nice and the office is clean. I like the doctor but the person cleanning my teeth. She did not really explain to me what she was doing. I informed them I was in pain and they did not help me. I am going back next wed for some work done so we will see what goes on. But I would go back just the staff people need to explain more on what they are doing.

Provided by YP.comMy husband, son and I have been going to this dentist office for approximately five years. It is a very efficient office. They are always trying to be on time with their appointments. I have always been in and out and back to work without having to miss much work. My son has grown up going to this office and has always wanted to go to get his teeth cleaned. The dentists are nice, friendly and always striving to have the lastest technology and procedures. The hygenists are friendly and make me feel relaxed when I feel anything but that when I have to go. I would definately recommend this dentist office to all my friends and family.

Provided by YP.comI would not recomend this dentist office to no one. They're rude, their ability to communcate with their patients is very poor. It's not a family friendly place.
We encourage you to contact our office reagarding any problems you may have experienced and discuss ways to improve your patient experience
