i love the newly remodeled Wendy's in Shelby NC. The cashier i had the other day was the sweetest lady. Her name is Christina. The lady in front of me had given Christina a hard time & i could tell Christina was upset but she handled herself so professionally. She even apologized to the rest of us in line. I told her she didn't have to apologize to me fr the lady's rudeness. I come in on a daily basis & i look forward to seeing Christina. She always has a smile on her face. She even takes my & my friend's trays sometimes. She has the sweetest personality. If you ever loose her you will be losing a great asset to your business. It's people like her that keep us coming back. I commend Christina for handling herself so maturely & professionally. She's a keeper.....
