This place is the absolute worst and I'm saying this without any exaggeration. They put the wrong sized furnace in my mother's house and gave her absolute hell about fixing it. Even after the Roseville inspector failed it in an inspection still the issue was dragged on and on ad nauseum! They insisted the furnace was the right size even after the inspector told them it wasn't. These people are absolutely incompetent based on their actions and overpriced to boot! If they treat an elderly woman this way how do you think they're going to treat you? I would avoid these people at all costs.

Years ago, I had Air Conditioning Engineers replace my air conditioning unit. They did a good job and there were no problems. Recently I needed some work done on a humidifier that is connected to my furnace and called them. The man who came out was about to leave before testing the unit to make sure it worked before he left. I asked him to test it. He did. The humidifier still didn't work after this. He told me that the solenoid was bad, and that i would have to order one as he doesn't have those parts on his truck. I ordered the part and had someone else put it on. In doing that, it turned out that the original solenoid was fine, and that the technition missed that the wiring for the solenoid was unraveled. (It was out in the open in plain sight.) I called the company to say I think they should give me at least a little bit of money back because he diagnosed the problem wrong, causing me to buy a part I didn't need and hire someone to repair it unnecessarily. Paul, the production manager, would not take any of the responisbility for this, would not refund any of my money and interupted me five times.

This company took over from Kmetz, who installed our Trane furnace and air conditioning system. I had them come for a spring checkup for $85.95. An excellent value! They checked everything and cleaned all the filters and the air conditioner coils. What's even better, the tech showed me how to do that myself so I can keep the system running better. He also took the time to advise me on cleaning my ductwork, which is not even a service that his company provides. But I really appreciated the time he took. I give these folks full credit for knowing what they're doing, and I will call them again when I want a checkup or a repair.

Tech Dave called ahead to tell us he was coming, put his boot covers on in the house, did excellent quality work in a timely fashion,explained what he did and the equipment he installed,cleaned up after ,was friendly and polite. He is an asset to this company.

Overpriced and a ripoff. This company charges for parts that don't need to be replaced.
