I have purchased parts for my irrigation system several times over the last 20 years. They have always been helpful and very knowledgeable. I have always been able to get the job done correctly the first time. Yes, they are more expensive than the internet, but you get much more for your money when a real person helps you solve your equipment problems. I recommend them for your irrigation systems.

Been here twice. Both times they had what I needed and were very helpful.

A friend referred this place to me. He told me to ask by name (I can't remember his name...it was a year ago) the manager and to go see him. So I went in needing parts and technical advice. I asked for the manager but he was busy so one of the female helpers helped me with a part. Then I needed the technical advice and the manager became available so I said to them that I wanted to talk to the "expert" since he was who I came to see anyway. The helper stomped away in a fit of rage and the manager looked at me, his eyes almost popped out of his head, and he yelled, "Whadya think she's here for her good looks?!!!! I told him my friend referred him and to come speak to him. But that didn't matter. He helped me, but with a bad attitude. I went back a couple times more that weekend for parts and everytime they were all for rude and short with me. Very unprofessional. His prices weren't that good anyway and the girl (it was his daughter) wasn't that good looking anyway.

I purchased a greenhouse from costco some time ago and decided to do an irrigation system with my son today. I went to this Country Side place and met with the owner Mr. Michael to get the parts. I had mentioned the parts were expensive compared to elsewhere and even at my contractor price- He cursed at me for comparing to items on the internet. I purchased what I needed and left with my son. After lunch i was still upset I returned all what I had purchased due to the fact of the matter. As I walked out the door the owner had cussed me out further, in front of my son he used abusive vulgar profanity, again! I remained silent and left with my dignity. I hope my experience is damaging to Country Sides business and people will shop elsewhere! At least don't bring your kids in there!Check out the dripdepot dot com for really good prices- it's where I went and it end up costing me half what I would have spent. I am never returning to Country Side, EVER!!!!!
