I took my car to Dicicco the last week of May, 2008, to fix a problem with my air conditioning. After claiming to inspect my vehicle, Mario told me I would need a new expansion valve, which costs $350. Instead of ordering the part, I got a second opinion from Honda service. Honda determined no new part was necessary, and merely drained and re-charged the freon in my air conditioning unit. Dicicco charged me $30 for this false assessment, and was about to charge me an additional $350 for an unnecessary replacement part.

I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service.

Mario, the owner was very rude over the phone and when i came to his shop he acted like a know-it-all, I got the feeling he was trying to rip me off on a repair so took my business elsewhere. The price I ended up paying came in way less than his estimation.
