First time had an okay experience, my stylist was very nice, but extremely slow. High lights and a style took 6 hours. I wasn't even very happy with how it turned out. Then gave her a second chance and asked to please not cute any length of my hair and of course she did. 3 inches off. Over the salon is kinda of sassy and i felt as if i didn't fit in. I wasn't up to their standard.
