Filthy, not ready on move in, falling apart cabinets, rusted appliances, no kitchen shelves, mold in the bathrooms, chipped paint, unstable toilet, clogged drains in every sink and bathroom, patched out doors and walls, noise from M59, unprofessional staff, discriminatory staff.
