I started March 13th and am down 19 pounds. I am very happy with my results. I have not yet started a regular exercise program. Have just been keeping track of food eaten and taking Dr. Quinn's vitamins. I would definitely recommend this weight loss program to a friend.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Quinn and his program. I have tried many diets as many of you have and this time it was overwhelming and I needed the extra help. The program that he has assessed you for will fit your lifestyle. The staff have been tremendous, courteous and very helpful with all my questions. I have lost over 60 lbs since Feb, 2013 with vacations and summertime through all of it. You will not be disappointed!
