STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! The place is a nightmare. They have the worst customer service. My waterproof boots got soaked so I dropped them off to get water tested. The next day I called to check on the status and the guy on the phone acted like he didn’t even know what I was talking about and got me confused with another customer. Then he tells me they didn’t even do the water test! I explained to him my situation, how the previous guy at the store had me leave them there over night and then he LAUGHS and says they didn’t bother doing the test because the 1 year warranty expired 2 months ago. Completely DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL.

We were in desperate need of a pair of shoes today in a size 14. They had to be the green triangle (puncture proof) rated safety shoes for Canada. Red Wing Shoes in Shelby Township was the only one in the tri-state area that had a pair. The staff went out of their way to ensure we got the shoes today. They went above and byond the call of duty. Amazing staff, amazing shoes...I can't say enough great things about this store!!
