I would not recommend this apartment to anyone! The management harrasses people and I am looking into pressing charges. I get notices for any little thing every few weeks! They don't even report them correctly to the main office and I feel that its to be malicious and make me feel afraid of them. I have lived on my own for over 6 years and left on good terms with other apartments and been a very good tenant. Also, the washers and dryers break almost every week, everyone in the whole building complains before they fix them. You can't count on them to service anything that needs to be fixed for weeks. Also, the people that live here must not get background checks because there was police at my neighbor next door to me every other day for months and would wake my whole family up at 2 in the morning from fighting or partying. And theres other neighbors that are just rude and constantly try to be confrontational. I moved from royal oak to be in the ghetto of shelby township.

I live at these apartments for the past two years...I love my apt which is facing the lake...HOWEVER, I have had my bathroom flooded which happened now 2 months ago and still is not fixed, my fridge freezes all my food, still not fixed...I have called numerous times to fix...no response..my neighbors above me are LOUD and there 2 little children that run until 2 or 3 am in the morning..I have had to call the police since management will not do anything about it...the hallways are cleaned maybe once in a while..and in the two years i lived here i had to hire a company to come clean my carpets since the complex does not do that. Im paying to live here however I feel that do not care as long as they get there money. Also we have a "group of woman" that sit in front of the building in the summer time and block your way into the building (sometimes you have to jump over them to get into your apt) I moved from South Warren to Ghetto Shelby...sooo sad
