Let me start by saying the office at 23 and Schoenherr is by far the most efficient and well organized. Additionally the employees that I have gotten to know over the years have always been pleasant and professional. Recently I had my first bad experience at this branch, during my visit I was waited on by I believe her name is "Susan" and I was appalled at the hostility this person shows when waiting on the public. You can tell she hates her job and talks to people with an air of contempt. If you hate your job just quit, if you hate people in general don't work in the customer service field. I have owned businesses in the past and if I had a cancer of an employee like this in my organization she would be gone immediately.

TERRIBLE. An 888 number, CAN NOT get a human to answer a simple, short yes or no question. No local or direct number. Secretary of State in Michigan is just a disaster (kind of like the roads). People are slow, prices high, service subpar.

2 plus hour wait. Everone working there should be replaced.

this is such bull to call a 888 number to try to talk to a human being. i have been on hold for 8min & can't get a human being for 1 questin. the old way was eaiser. Did not have to push 7 to 10 numbers to get a hold of someone
