Wow I swear I checked yelp if this place had good reviews or not, two 1 star reviews is a bad sign. I'm currently live reviewing this place.



First things first I walk in and there are 14 late 50's people crammed in this tiny waiting room. Bad sign already. I'm a new patient, appointment at 3:10pm, came at 2:45pm.



I'm in line to sign in, and I overhear the lady in front of me having issues with payment. Apparently this place continues to ask her the same payment questions even though the staff has documented her case. Sounds bad already that the staff has the same issue with her over and over.



I fill out a short form, turn it in and they give me a fancy tablet that has the SAME questions. Why am I filling out a form twice? Whatever, filled it out and now I'm waiting. Looks like there are 3 doctors here. Hrmm.



Currently 3:10pm and I'm still in the lobby.

3:14pm Someone was just called in for my doctor. So I can only imagine I'm looking at a 40 minute wait.

3:50pm and still in lobby. Someone complained about the waste of time and they just said reschedule. Do NOT go here

Great doctors, terrible staff

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Thibault and his nurses. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and just an overall good doctor. Unfortunately, due to a $60 billing issue I will not be returning. After a quick visit, I was told at the front desk no payment was due. After going through insurance, if there would be a remaining balance, I would be billed. So I went home. 2 months later I received a bill, due a few weeks later. A few days past the due date, I received a phone call saying I needed to pay my balance that was nearly 90 days past due. Surely there was some mistake, my bill says it was due a few days ago. Upon calling, they alleged they had sent me several bills, and the due date must have changed each time it was regenerated. What???? I explained I received only one bill, And I was told that is the post offices fault, not theirs. I explained my due date had just passed, nowhere near 90 days overdue. Apparently billing and mailing is done by a third party computer system, they have no control over it. I suggested they contact their third-party vendor, because I've never in my life heard of or seen a changing due date based on when a bill is generated- how would you know if your bill is overdue if you never received the first (allegedly) sent bill?? Like in my right mind I'm going to go to collections over $60. If this is how they do business, I want no part of it, and I will not be back, because is just decided further headaches up the road.

The office staff is not friend...

The office staff is not friendly and is very incompetent at there job. How an office like this manages to stay open is hard to believe. The doctors on the other hand are very good but obviously do not know how their front is being run. I am going to find and office were office and doctor care.
