Disappointed,
I applied for and paid $68.00 for premium forwarding service which I never received. When I requested a refund, I was given the run around and my calls were never returned.

Thanks a lot U S Mail, you just hit our mailbox post & broke it & worse yet you took off & keep going !! We just put in a new post & mailbox & now it has to be done again !!!

My mother was going for a knee replacement and then physical therapy. She completed a "hold mail" card for 3 weeks. Her mail was never stopped. I went to her house to pick up some additional clothes for her and she had a mailbox full of mail. I will go into the post office today to see why it wasn't stopped. Don't know what would have happened if I didn't just stop by her house.

Do not get your passport photos taken there. Your photos will get rejected and don't bother asking for a refund...they will not give it to you just ask Karen the rude employee there that gives their business a bad name.
