If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter was recently in an accident and her car was towed to Mike Jones' garage. We didn't have a choice and he towed it and stored it overnight. We went to pick it up at the garage the next day and as I was paying, he opened his desk drawer and handed me her laptop she had in the car. He said he didn't want anyone to steal it. It was not in a place that could be easily seen and her car was packed with all of her belongings because she was moving cross country. In the end, two Michael Kors watches were stolen along with some very expensive sunglasses. Everything was gone through. When I asked him about it, he said it wasn't him, but he was the one who removed her laptop that was at the very bottom of her belongings. His garage was the only place her car was located. I had to pay $350 and he stole more than that out of her car. Pretty sad you can't trust anyone especially who is providing a service to you.
