I started taking some of my clothes to Corner Cleaners about 4 years ago. I was very happy with the service. I think there was a change in managers or ownership but about 5-6 months ago, at the beginning of winter, I took some jackets to be dry cleaned and one to be adjusted. The girl that seemed to be "in charge" (the others seemed to be catering to her) told me "very busy" to wait, which I did. When she decided to help me, her attitude seemed to be like a very busy person (it was not crowded there at all), first I asked about having this coat adjusted and she said that the person who did adjustments was not working there and that the one who she knew did adjustments was very expensive. She could not find a card of the" very expensive seamstress". Her attitude was not the best. Since she was not that pleasant I decided to not leave my clothing to be dry-cleaned with Corner Cleaners. There are other Cleaners available. A small business in a small town can only loose so many customers before they begin to feel the shortage of clients. Corner Cleaners was closer to my home and convenient besides being good at what they did, but there are others around that I can take my business to.

Very friendly costumer service an alway prompt with my clothes I would recommend this cleaned to all

I have only used Corner Cleaners one time and will not be using there services in the future. I took them one jacket and asked for it to be cleaned and hemmed on the pockets. I returned on my ticket date and was told it would be a few more days. I returned in a few days and was told it would be ready that following Monday. I returned that following Monday and was told it had been dry cleaned ( it clearly was not, stains all over it). I asked her again, and she assured me it had been cleaned. The pockets were not hemmed in a professional manner either. I paid for the service on her word that the jacket had been cleaned. I then took my jacket to Snow White in Tullahoma and had them perform the exact same job. My jacket looks brand new! Thank You Snow White cleaners. I cannot in good faith recommend Corner Cleaners to anyone. MY hope is that an employee or manager see this posting and take it seriously as to avoid any further disappointments with other customers.
