Spent almost $1500 to fix my air conditioner,took my car back 3 times they put wrong parts on didn’t fix the problem so instead of going to them a 4th time I went somewhere else and all is good Gateway is a rip off very unprofessional!!!!

I had to sit in there for 5 hours just for a simple oil and brake pad change. Then on top of all that they screwed up my brakes. That was my third time going there and the second time they have screwed up. It is a horrible place to go. You would be better off going to a zoo and breaking out a monkey then letting him do the said job.
