they by no means are perfect. but i feel they truely love the pets my dog runs right up to the lady owner of the place. i been going there for the last 4 years. i feel my dog is well cared for when i leav her there. i never board her but when she gets groomed she is there from 9am - 5pm

i've been taking my dogs to puppy palace for about 10 years, and have never had a bad experience, and will continue to take them there. puppy palace routinely goes above and beyond expectations.

i was tryin to house break my puppy but i had to work during the day so i took her to puppy palace so they could help me witch they said they would but when i came to pick her up the first day she smelt a little like pee and was verry hungry when i got her home and drank the water like she had not had any in days witch made me wonder.. i took her back the next day and told the lady at the desk and i could tell it went through one ear and out the other when i picked her up that afternoon when i got her to the car her feet and stomach was soaked not sure what it was i smelt of her feet and it was pee .....lets just say i was pissed and will not be back and i tell evryone when i can stay away....and from what i here im not the only one who feels the way i do from what i here the grooming is just as bad.... i hate to leave an ugly review but if people love their pets like i do then they should know up front...
