I called Mrs. Shannon asking for in home service due to the only way it could be performed. God Bless her within 2-days she was here, effortlessly installed the app and setup a Security Camera for me. I'm not at all tech savvy and was amazed at how quickly she executed and was gone. She was so kind, patient and caring to my situation, doing so after normal business hours for me. I will be visiting her store soon! Will update Review at a later date...

I would have to guess that the 5 star reviews are from personal friends versus actual customers.
I took my iPhone 5s in to have the screen replaced. After 2 hours, I got a call letting me know that my phone is stuck in bootloop mode and she will need a little more time. Two hours later, I had not been updated, so I went in. Supposedly, she tried two different manufacturer's screens on my phone with no luck so she was putting the original, cracked screen back on it in case that made a difference. It didn't. Now, I'm chatting with Apple. Once a third party repair shop opens the phone, Apple will not touch it. I cannot update the phone, so I have no choice but to restore to factory settings. IF it will restore. If it won't, I'll have to purchase a new phone (my current phone is not yet eligible for an upgrade).
Bottom line - spend the money on an Apple authorized repair technician/shop or it will cost more in the long run and Sellabration Solutions has no liability.

Staff is nice and very helpful. Very quick repairs and great prices with new parts. They have over 10,000 accessories and are a quarter the price of the mall. If they don't have what you want, they will be happy to order it for you
