I have never dealt with a more apathetic and useless service department. On my first experience, they would not provide a legitimate written estimate on work. Then they installed the wrong brand ac unit on my trailer even though I specifically told them what I wanted. Next time I made the mistake of taking my trailer there they were abusive to my wife on the phone after I notified the repair person that he was apparently working on the wrong trailer (not mine). Kind of hard to fathom why he thought HIS obvious mistake was my fault? After doing a little research it appears this is a family run outfit and the employees are nearly all related so complaints go absolutely nowhere. Their overall lackadaisical attitude toward customer service is just absurd. I will NOT deal with this place again for any reason. Next trailer I buy will be from OUT OF STATE!

Had to get lawyer and we won we travel worst place we have done business with lied and lied to us
