This studio is up to date with a very spacious, clean and HOT class area. Nice waiting area with a few changing rooms. Showers are downstairs on 1st flr. Bikram is a very high level yoga style in heated/humid room. Even thought Bikram states this is a beginner class, IMO, your avg couch potato student would find this difficult. Over time that level of difficulty may change. If you are a seasoned athletic type, the class will challenge you. That is my option of Bikram in general. I have taken classes here and enjoyed the challenge. IMO, the yoga teacher is the critical element in your yoga path. If you connect with the right teacher, you will enjoy your journey. I enjoyed the teachers at this studio. A teacher should understand that every person, even every class for that person is a unique experience and a non-competitive environment is absolutely called for.
