Dr Cohen is a great doctor. All the people that work there are friendly and helpful. I've been going there over 10 years without 1 problem. There are times I get my contacts online and NEVER had a problem getting prescription. Maybe when you are rude to people that would explain why they hang up on you.

There was an error by the doctor when writing my prescription. He reversed the eyes .My contacts arrived wrong. I called office, and the assistant, would not listen to me. She went as far as to hang up on me 3 times. I am very upset. They do not want to give me my contact prescription. This is a state law ! I will drive down there today, to get it, or they will be reported. I cannot go back here. This is not acceptable.

They bmay be sore I use 1800 contacts. This is unacceptable to me.

I went to see Dr cohen based on the review here. Overall I found him rude. He never listens to you, he basically just goes about his job with total disregard to your requests. After getting my glasses perscription filled, they were wrong. They glasses made me dizzy and it was like looking through a fishtank. He disagreed with me and told me it was the "style" of glasses and there was nothing wrong with the lenses. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and never had this happen. He finally took them back. Bad customer service, bad overall service. The secretarys seem afraid of him.
