Provided by YP.comSterling Pool service is one of the worst places I have EVER worked with. We needed a new pool liner, because the last pool service I worked with (45 Pool Services) was also a horrible servicer. Upon finding this place We read some reviews, which made the place seem like a safe place to work with. We proceeded to go into the shop to pick out a new pool liner. We selected the liner that Bruce (the owner) stated to be the strongest one that they had, and he stated that it would last a number of years, which it didn't because we didn't even get a good month out of it . We hired Sterling Pools to install our new liner and close the pool right after installing. The beginning of July I hired Sterling Pool to open the pool. On August 4th the pool started to leak rapidly, and by the following morning, the pool was completely empty (I'm almost sure that the pool was empty before we went to bed, but it was unbearable to watch after spending so much money and being told it would last like 15 yrs). The morning of the 5th I called Bruce and left him a message. That same day I had to call him back, though in my message I explained that he replaced the liner last year and our pool was now empty from a hole. When I got him on the phone later that day, he told me he would get one of his workers out. His worker showed up and sent pictures of the pool and told him what he saw. His worker then told me I had to call him, which I did. The woman that answered the phone, went to get Bruce, but came back shortly after to tell me he was not able to come to the phone but would call me back. Bruce did not call,so I ended up calling him the afternoon of Thursday July 6th for him to tell me he was working on a proposal to give me by the end of the day. When the Saturday came, we went into his office to see where he was with the proposal. During our visit, he was extremely rude, and unprofessional. We left his office with the proposal only to be further disrespectful when we called midweek to clarify some things on his proposal before paying for him to fix a liner that was not even used for a month. We were then informed by another pool servicer that our liner is being destroyed more being exposed to the sun without water, so we called Bruce to ask what was going on and he hung up multiple times because he feels like he should not be questioned. We are very disappointed by Sterling Pools service. We thought they were professionals and didn't mind spending the money if the job was going to be done correctly. I'm not sure if it's because he was dealing with women he felt like there was no need to respect us. By the way, Bruce came out to examine our pool when he had to draw up his proposal for the liner, but when the liner tore, he did not sure up NOT once.

Provided by YP.comVery unreliable. We waited for three days for them to come to install a new pump motor. This was during a heat wave of 95 degrees. No one showed up. No one called. Now we have to call another company and our pool is very dirty and full of algae. We have been customers of this company for quite a few years. Very disorganized. Don't call them.
Some how you were missed, forgotten. We are very sorry. We pride ourselves on trying to be helpful but I guess were human and we lost site of you. The one thing that I don't understand, is if you were a customer of ours for quite a few years, than you must know the kind of people we are. Why didn't you contact us. Once again I am truly Sorry!
