I had an emergency and needed my septic tanks pumped. The alarm on our septic tank did not go off and I was lucky enough to catch it before my basement flooded. I called first thing in the morning and scheduled for B Line to come out, as all 3 of my tanks were full to the brim. They said they would be out by 12:30. 2:00 oâÂÂclock rolls around and they still are not here. I called them to get a timeline of when they would be out and they said that someone else had called after us with an emergency as well. So they put us off until the next day. I feel they were very unprofessional and I will never use them again. After finding out B Line would not be out I called around and found Island Johnny. I told them of my situation and they sent someone out within an hour. Yeah for Island Johnny!

The company sucks so be prepared to dig by hand some of their work to re do and be charged a huge amount for their services.

WE MAKE A MORNING APPOINTMENT AND ALWAYS END UP CALLING BECAUSE BY NOON NOBODY SHOWS UP. THIS HAPPENS EVERY YEAR. THIS YEAR THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE IN AN HOUR AND ITS BEEN AN HOUR AND A HALF AND STILL NOBODY. WASTE ALL DAY WAITING.

Don't believe the negative reviews. Just cruising the web for contact info and came across these. I've worked with and around B-Line Construction for about 12 years and I've NEVER seen them fail to do a great job. The difference between a good contractor and a bad contractor isn't perfection. We live in the real world and things can and will go wrong. When things go wrong at a B-Line site, they doesn't jack up the price or blame the customer, they just do what it takes to make it right. B-Line leaves the your job site the way they would want someone to leave their house/yard. I dare you to drive around and look at the shops of any contractors before you hire them. Do that and you'll see why Don's jobs look so good when he's finished. Also, on septic systems, Don knows the rules and regulations better than anyone and if there's a way to get a better/simpler/ess expensive system on your property, you can bet it will happen. I often work with him REDESIGNING projects that other contractors got approved for something expensive, complicated or just plain ugly. He goes in and converts it to something cheaper, better looking and simpler that allows better use of the property. Bottom line is this: There's a phone book full of hacks and amateurs waiting for your call. They may feed you a line and show up in their monster trucks selling you an aw-shucks line of how they are the cheapest. But, their inexperience is going to cost you money and get you a system you don't want. Call B-Line. You'll be glad you did.

The employees of B-Line are great. Always professional and personable and would always be very respectful regarding any questions my wife and I had regarding our septic issue. My problem with BLine is with Don. My septic system developed a problem in the summer of 2011.. I realized we had a problem after our first 2 pumpings had no affect on the apparent problem. We have a Glendon system and to my understanding, in order to fix or diagnose the problem you need to first plug a PDA computer into the control panel and access the problem. Instead of doing this as promised several times by Don he starts replacing parts that MIGHT be the problem. At no time was the PDA ever used to pinpoint the problem, just random ideas made and promises broken. The result was a fire in our control box and failing septic system. I am very disappointed with Don and will never trust the safety and security of my family or my family's most valuable asset, our home and it's value, to Don again. If you have a Glendon get rid of it and avoid business with Don at all cost!

Originally, I had hired B-Line to design and install my septic system. I saw a home they had built and ended up hiring them to build an addition on my house for my mom. Turned out great( don't recommend living in a house while building is going on). Other than that, I was happy, my husband was happy and most important......mom was happy! Nice job guys!

B-line built my first home and I thought they were great. I didn't understand the homebuilding lingo but they were always very respectful and patient. I love my new home and feel confident about their workmanship. I would reccommend them to anyone!

I have contracted for several jobs with B-Line. They have always been professional and responded to my concerns promptly. In fact, the job sites were not only restored to the original condition after putting in my system, but they did additional work which enhanced the site. I would definately hire them for future projects.

B-Line's quote was reasonable, their work exceeded my expectations. They made suggestions during my build that wound up adding to the value of my home. Some of my friends were more focused on price than quality, and they had difficulties with their contractor. I'm glad I selected B-Line and would not hesitate to use them again.

building a house as a GC, left doors off with elect wire and copper pipe in place, floor getting ruined. Has taken them over 90 days to build a house, this is simply inexcusable for a construction company for a 1200 foot house. This should have taken no more than 90 days. Crews only worked 4 days a week-absolutely do NOT recommend that anyone contract with these individuals
