Shelton High School is a public school offering educational instruction to students in grades 10 through 12. The high school has an enrollment of more than 1,100 students and is part of the Shelton School District. Located in Shelton, Wash., its curriculum comprises subjects that include English, fine arts, math, physical education, science, social studies, world languages and career and technical education. Its Extended Learning Center is an after school tutoring program available to all students from Mondays through Thursdays. The school offers various sports, including basketball, baseball, golf, football, choir, cross country, soccer, wrestling and track and field. Shelton High School also provides several extracurricular activities, such as electric vehicle racing club, yearbook, Spanish club, band and flag team, key club, literary magazine, National Honor Society and newspaper.
